Screws and Washers

We rotate all our washers onto the screws, giving our customers a better quality
assembly. Washers are assembled economically and dependably onto all types
of fasteners. Our quality equipment and automation experience assures you
prompt delivery schedules (7-10 Days on most orders) plus savings
to fit your budget. All assembly work is inspected for quality.

Standard Screws Assembled

#4 up to 3/8" Diameter, M3 up to M8 Diameter, and Up to 3" long

Washers Assembled

Any type of washer, most common include: Fiber, Plastic, Rubber, Aluminum, and
Metal back Neoprene (bonded).
We assemble thin (.001" to .020" thick) washers and bushings.    
**We can supply any material to meet specific requirements such as physical
properties, colors, or finish.

All metal-back bonded washers can be processed through a secondary
operation to assure the washer is right next to the screw bolt head.

Automation Systems has been a custom machine builder since 1960. We can
build and maintain any type of assembly machine and operate over 30 automatic
assembly machines. Currently, we have two universal push/press machines that
can do crimping and high pressure pressing. We are willing to quote any
assembly, and if volume allows, build a new machine for your parts. We can also
update your old machines, and run production for you at a reduced rate.
